Tiga Daya Digital Indonesia operates the website www.prohace.com and the Prohace Mobile Application, which provides Human Capital Information System SERVICES that can be used by human resources in a company or group of companies. This page is used to inform website visitors about our policies with the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Services.

By using our Services, www.prohace.com and or the Prohace mobile application, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. If you do not agree to any, part, or all of the contents of this policy then you are not allowed to use our services.

The Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed at www.prohace.com, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.


Account and Password

To become a Prohace User, your company must register for prohace services by contacting sales. After the company is registered, the human resource department can register you on employee data or user data. Users will get username and default password information via email registered by the human resource department. Username can use NIP (Nomor Induk Pegawai) or email, in accordance with company regulations when registering for services.

To maintain data security, users who have logged in for the first time are required to change their password, a verification code in the form of a One Time Password or "OTP" code that is sent to the user's email. The password must consist of a minimum of 6 (six) characters consisting of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.

Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of the OTP code and login password and not share them with anyone. For certain smartphones, there is the capability to activate biometric recognition instead of a password. Everything that happens with the activation of this feature is your responsibility.


Information Collection and Use

For a better experience when using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email, phone number, photo, location. The information we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Whenever you use the mobile application or visit our website, we may collect certain technical data concerning your usage such as, internet protocol (IP) address, and other device information including information regarding the manufacturer, model and operating system of the device that you use to access the mobile application or our website.

You will be prompted or required to activate the Global Positioning System (GPS) on your mobile device to enable us to use the clock-in or clock-out feature for use as attendance data required by your company. You can always choose to disable the GPS on your mobile device when using other feature besides attendance management feature.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer's hard drive.
